Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh

You state your’ll are married for seven years. It also appears that your’ll live in the same area. You state that you found out he was having an affair and with his bosses daughter and threatened to give you Talaaq or you will go to his work place and have him exposed. We have difficulty in understanding why the marriage is not consummated. What do you mean by not consummated? In order for us to advise you further, explain if both of you were in privacy at any time of the marriage and were there any obstacles for consummation? If so, what were those obstacles?
