This is the small paragraph from my work contract with my parent company"The employee shall devote all work efforts exclusively to the company and the furtherence of its interests.Any engagement in additional activities for personal benift or for others benifit or any direct or indirect participation in other enterprises of any kind requires the prior written consent of the company"

Answer

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

1. The income which you earned from your friends company is Halaal since you are doing work in your personal time and it does not negatively impact your performance at work.

2. There is no need to dispose of the income as it is Halaal.
