How do I pay my Zakāh?

Question

How to pay zakaat?

I would like to know how to pay Zakaat should i pay Zakaat from my annual salary or my annual savings?

And if i have an average lifestyle and did not manag0e to save any money h0ow much Zakaat should i pay?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Zakāh is due upon every Muslim who is sane, adult, and possesses the Nisāb which equals the value of approximately 612.36 grams of silver or more.
