( New Question )Hinda aseb zada hai ye bashara amil ka kehna hai, aur ye bhi kehte hai k zaid aur Hinda ka jo jhagda huwa ye shay k dono taraf uksane se huwa. Hinda K istikhare me Asraat Jinnat K bare me bataya gaya aur zaid K bare me batay gay a k shay zaid par bhi kabu karne ki koshish kar rahi hai.Hinda ne gale se hifazat k sare taweez nikal diye aur marne jaa rahi thi Zaid ne Hinda se kaha agar isne mujh se puchi K mai ammi K yahan jau to isko talak phir fauran yu kaha k agar isne mujh se puchi k mai ammi k yahan jau to isko pehli talak. jhagde me aise jumle keh ra ha tha jo age arahe hai ( talak ki niyyat se nahi the) 1) Isko iski ammi k yahan bhej do ab ye ghar se bahar nikal gayi hai to andar nahi ayegi 2) Mai bezaar ho gaya hu 3) chod k aao nahi chaiye ye is niyyat se tha k ek maah ammi k yah rahegi to dimaag thikane ayega talak ki niyyat nahi thi. Balke kaha bhi k ghar se bahar nikalne ka maza chakhne do ye talak ki niyyat se nahi tha . jhagde me Hinda k ghar wale aye to phir zaid ne gusse me kaha  k agar isne mujh se puchi k mai ammi k yaha jau to isko talak agar aisa bolunga tabhi nahi jayegi na ? Ye unlogo ko samjhane ki niyyat se tha talak ki niyyat se nahi tha. Bashara amil ka kehna hai k shay asarat yahi chahte hai k aap alag ho jao zaid ko bhi waswase ate hai k train k niche ajaye boiler me kud jaye par wo dimaag par kabu rakhte hue aisa nahi karta. HInda hamal se hai aur aseb zada hai aksar hosh me nahi rehti to talak mangti hai zaid khamosh rehta hai phir hosh me aane k baad pucha jae to kehti hai mai nahi kehti koi andar se bolt ahai  aur roti hai pachtati hai aise hi halat ,e ab agar aseb hinda se ammi k yaha jane ka kehelwade jab ke wo hosh me nahi hai to kya hukm hai .  Aur in dono k rishte ka kya hukn hai? Jis din jhagda huwa usi raat hinda ( aksar Hinda raat hosh me nahi rehti) ne kaha meri maa mar jayegi tab bhi nahi jane do ge. Hinda ab kaise jae ma k yaha  k liye aur zaid k liye asaniya batadijiye aur rishte ka hukm batadijiye.
