Question

I have done hafiz and neglected the Holy Quran fo the best part of 25 years and as a result have forgot my hifz. AstaghfirUllah. i have sincerely repented to Allah for my years of ghaflat and sinning and AlhamduLillah Allah has given me the taufeeq to start praying my salat and i have started to try and memorise the Holy Quran again. is it true that if i was to die tomoroow i would still have the status of a Hafiz because i have made firm intention of learning the the Holy Quran again and insha'Allah try to teach to others. please make Du'aa for me and my family. may Allah reward you in the highest for your great work.
