Question

Assalamu alikum,
I am married for 2yrs and undergoing treatment for increasing my sperm count. My wife is also undergoing treatment for harmonal disturbances.
We both love each other very much and there is no problem as such.
We also have sex reglarly.
As we are planning for a baby now and she is about to become pregnant, we are not suppose to meet for first 3 months of pregnancy.
My qestion is, in these 3 months, to satify my sexal desire can I mastrbate ? Or can I satisfy myself by having other forms sex with my wife like rubbing my penis between her legs or thighs or breasts ?
Another question is, My wife is not so sexual as I am and she sometimes avoids having sex. Can we watch any romantic/porn movie or read any sex related story or book to get the feeling of sex ?
