Question

Assalamualaikum,

Janaab Mufthi Saheb,

I have posted this quiry 2 times before but without any reply, please requesting to to get a reply...

1) Can a women slaughter the animal to be sacrified during Bakraeid, if no male is available?

2) I am working as a marketing executive responsible  for sales in a steel Fabrication Firm, IN this part of the world there are so many fabrication firms in the market, which makes it more difficult to get any fabrication jobs or projects, even though we give quality product or service within the time frame...the trend in this market is that the purchase departments of the customers are all depending on bribes, one who bribes them wins the project etc...

my Quiry is, in this case is it allowed to bribe them to get the project? keeping in mind that the firm is runnig only if the projects are running in the factory, othervice the workers, the machineries, their salaries maintenance every thing will be under hold and ultimately losses...We Discussed this with our  MD( a muslim and is the owner ) and he said it is allowed since he has checked with his source of Scholars in ISLAM...

PLease clarify wether the earning are haram or halal, if haram, to whom to the employee or the employer?

Hoping to get the answer soon since waiting for it for long, and have to take some desicions..

Jazakallah
