imam saheb please tell me, can i marriage with my mothers khala's daughter? and what is its sharai mas'ala & anybody will have objection this marriage than what should i tell them? please tell me very about this mas'ala.

imam saheb please tell me, can i marriage with my mothers khala's daughter? and what is its sharai mas'ala & anybody will have objection this marriage than what should i tell them? please tell me very about this mas'ala.

Answer

 

In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful


Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

 

It is permissible for you to marry your mother’s khala’s daughter. If someone raises objection to your marriage, then you should refer him to a Mufti or Ālim.
