Can I purchase a land from the heirs of a person who (died) was giving loans on interest basis, I afraid that this land might have

Question

Can I purchase a land from the heirs of a person who (died) was giving loans on interest basis, I afraid that this land might have acquired from the income of that interest business.  Pls reply is it halal for me?

 

Answer

 

In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful


Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

 

It is permissible for you to purchase this land.
