My parents have 3 daughters. I am elder one. They did a lot to educate us. Now I am doing a job in a University. Is my salary Hala or Haram for my parents? They take only little of it as they have no son and my father is a retired man. From remaining salary they purchase things for my dowry.

We require more clarification as to what kind of employment you serve at the university. Furthermore, we cannot issue a ruling due to the ambiguity in your query as there are various kinds of employment one could be involved in and each one will require to be analyzed.
