Answer

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

Please clarify what fixtures you intend selling and what will be the procedure of the transaction. Furthermore, are you the owner of the premises? If not, is it within your lease contract to sublet the premises or not?

Your clarity on the issue will assist us in answering your query.

And Allāh Ta῾āla Knows Best

Wassalāmu ῾alaykum
