Question

1)is the aura of men different during salah and out of salah? are they supoded to cover their hands to their wrists during salah? 2)ants, are we not suposed to kill them in our homes because they bring barakaah?

Answer

In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

  1. The aurah of a man is from that portion which is below the navel upto the knee. This will be the same whether he is in salaah or out of salaah.

  1. Regarding the covering of the hands to the wrists, the Fuqahaa mention that is disliked to read salaah whilst the forearm is exposed. This will refer to the situation where a person has folded his sleeves and also to that person who reads salaah with a short sleeve shirt or the common half sleeve kurtah\Jubbah. This is clearly mentioned in the juristic texts of Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Saheb (nawwarallahu marqadahu).
