Title

The man is going to get married inshallah but. He has done some filthy things in he's life. He is very shame of Allah (swt) that he could grave a hole and just hide there...The girl is clean, she never go out alone and she hold ramadan and all that. She is 21 and the man is 24. My question is Can this man marry this girl??

Question

The man is going to get married inshallah but. He has done some filthy things in he's life. He is very shame of Allah (swt) that he could grave a hole and just hide there.
But the man is now seeking forgivnes from Allah (swt) and do repentance and pray everyday. Now the man has meet a girl. The girl is clean, she never go out alone and she hold ramadan and all that. She is 21 and the man is 24. My question is Can this man marry this girl??

Yes, it is permissible for him to marry this girl.  The man should continue to make efforts in trying to get closer to Allāh Ta’ālā.
