2) Whether or not maternal aunt (wife of mother's brother) of my wife my mehram?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

1.      It is prohibited for both men and women to cut/trim their eyebrows. At most, one may only remove the stray strands of the eyebrows.

2.      The maternal aunt of a wife (wife’s mother’s brother’s wife) is not Mahram to you.
