People say that eyelid vibration of right or left eye is having good or bad effect?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Eye twitches do not indicate toward any good or evil outcome in the near future.  This is a superstition and has no basis in the Sharī`ah.

And Allah knows best
