Question

Salam. I don’t want to ask any question but I need your help in the sense that one of my friend is Shia. We are good friends since 6 months. One we were discussing something’s related to namaz and discussion went on to differences between Sunnis and Shia. He gave me different references from Quran and Hadiths to prove his view point. I was unable to answer at that moment because I did not have enough knowledge. What knowledge I had at that time was without any reference. The sole purpose of mine to debate with him was that at least he should not abuse Sahabas. He is my good friend and I ask him not to say and bad thing about Sahaba. He said “ they were wrong so then why should not say them wrong, if you can prove them right then I will not say anything bad further more.” Actually first he was a Sunni and then he met an alam of shia who convenience him. That is why I am trying that at least he should not say anything against sahabas. He gave me many questions to answer. We started from Bagh-fidak.   First he said me that your reference should be only from quran, sahi bukhari and sahi muslim. I did my research as I could and I succeded in finding many hadees which shows that Hazrat Abu Baker _R.A cannot be a liar. But he refuted and said I don’t believe in your books just show me references from Quran. I show him that ayat which you mention in your article I think it was from surah hashar which shows all the people who migrated were truthful. And I also show him that anbia don’t leave heritence of material wealth. But he called his alam and as he has more knowledge than me I am finding difficulty in anwereing his questions.

Please help me in following ways.

I need quranic references showing Nabi don’t leave heritage. He asked me question about Hazrat Zakaria why he asked Allah to give him son by saying that I am afraid of my relatives. He was definitly afraid that after death his relatives would take all of his wealth and don’t give any thing to his wife.He also show me ayat which used the word every one leave heritage. Then how can I say anbia don’t leave any heritage. Arent they from everyone??

His alam asked him to show me surah al-munafikun in which it was something like that every one who did migration was not truthful. Some of them was munafic.

I also need the answer of following questons

Why hazrat abu baker was first khalifah not hazrat ali?they give different events to prefer hazrat ali r.a

Reference of  two hadees which support my points the meaning or mafhom is 1 that if there would be another nabi he would be umar r.a. 2 only allah can give the reward of kindness to abu baker siddique r.a.

Another i.e on the event of Khandaq holy prophet (saw) said that to stop ones by speaking fowl three time and all the times hazrat ali volunteer to kill him. Why not hazrat umar and hazrat abu baker siddique?

and according to them Hazrat Usman was the main cause of Muawia to come in power.?and holy prophet had already said MAFHOOM that people of banuumaia will dance on my MEEMBER.

Once again my main purpose is just to save my friend from such a big sin. Not to prove them wrong. I know it’s quite impossible to convenience them because they neither believe in our books and nor their books have stuff which shows the dignity of Sahaba. But we can at least try to stop them by abusing Sahaba. We can use another tool which is by showing with the help of Quran that to abuse anyone or say anything bad about Muslims is a great sin.

I shall be very thankful to you if you reply me and help me in this regard. It would be very pleasure for me if you help me using Quran and their books in which they believe. JazakumAllah
