Asslam o alekum

my question regarding peoples who are working in macdonald or other franchise.is it permissible working in these franchise  .one of my friend has no job and have lot of debit to clear and he has got a  job offer from one of these franchise.Could you please answer  in the light of  islamic sheria,hadees and sunna ...may allah give you more strength to help the people .amin
