Question

Assalmaualikum

I wanted to ask a question regarding some dreams i have been having, i see in my dream that i am pulling out something from my mouth, most of the time i have seen cigarettes chewed up which make my mouth dry so i try taking them out but they never come out. Another time just recently, i have seen my self taking out some kind of salad, i think it was cabbage which i pull out of the mouth but i could never get rid of it as more just keeps coming, i eventually bite it and try to swallow it so it would stop coming. Please could you interpret.
