Question

Can you please tell me the procedure of sajda-e-sahoo. also incase if i forget to perform it

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

The procedure for Sajdah al-Sahw is to perform two Sajdahs immediately after making Salaam to the right side. You should read the same Tasbeeh   (سبحان ربي الاعلى) you read in the Sajdah of the Salah. After performing the two Sajdahs return to the sitting position and re-read Attahiyyat, Durood Ebrahim, and Duas read in the last Qadah. Thereafter, perform the Salaam to both the right and left side as one does to exit the Salah.

Since Sajdah al-Sahw is done when one leaves out a Wajib in Salah, if you forget to do Sajdah Sahw, you must redo the Salah from the beginning again.
