Question

Assalamualaikum Mufti Sahib.
 
Sorry to bother you with these questions. May Allah reward you and increase your beneficial knowledge.
 
1) Can a father disinherit his child in terms of the Shariah?
 
2) In Shariah, a son is entitled to twice the share of a daughter, why is this?
 
3) If a person is found to be a hermaphrodite i.e. a person possessed of the parts of generation of both a man and a woman, what is the shariah postion regarding this person?
 
4) What rules of inheritance would apply to a hermaphrodite?
 
5) Is primogeniture practiced in Islam?
 
6) There was a case of a transsexual in saudi arabia. When his family found out, his sister threatened  to cut him of half his inheritance, is this legit in terms of Shariah law?
 
7) On what basis did the sister apply for his share to be halved? Is there any Quranic proof?
