Question

AOA,

MY NAME IS FAISAL MUZAFFAR, I GOT MARRIED TO A NICE LADY AND AFTER 12 YEARS SHE COULD NOT CONCIEVE , SO I DECIDED TO GET MARRIED AGAIN WITHOUT TELLING MY FIRST WIFE.WHEN SHE FOUND OUT THAT I GOT MARRIED AGAIN SHE LEFT AND WENT TO HER MOTHERS HOME.

AT THE SAME TIME SHE WENT TO THE LAWYER AND MADE THE DIVORCE PAPERS ON MY BEHALF AND I HAD NO I DEA THAT SHE IS DOING THAT .AFTER SOMETIME SHE GAVE ME SIGNED PAPERS AND TOLD ME TO SIGN IT.I NEVER HAD ANY INTENTIONS OF DOIVORCING HER SO I REFUSED AND KEPT THE DIVORCE PAPERS WITH ME FOR 6 MONTHS.

BUT WHEN I PLANNED TO GO TO SINGAPORE TO MY SECOND WIFE SHE FORCED ME TO SIGN THE PPAPERS AND I HAD TO SIGN IT .PLEASE TELL ME HAVE THE DIVORCE TAKEN PLACE OR ARE WE STILL HUSBAND AND WIFE.

ITS BEEN THREE YEARS AND I WAS TOLD THAT YOU ARE STILL HUSBAND AND WIFE BUT SINCE YOU DID NOT "RUJU" HER YOU CAN GET NIKAH AND MAKE EVERYTHING HALAL.

I NEED YOUR KIND GUIDANCE FOR MY PROBLEM
