Question

Q.1 I live in a country where taking permission for second marriage from first wife is obligatory. Am I bound to take permission from her as there are no such terms in Islam?

Q.2 If before marriage one promised with his wife that he will not do second marriage. If one cannot save his Iman without second wife does he still bound to fulfill this promise after marriage?

Q.3 My wife says, if you dont want to give me divorce and want to do 2nd Marriage then you go to another country and do second marriage over there. I will forgive all my right on you, and will not ask for them on the judgement day. Can I do so?
