Question

Assalamualaikum Respected Mufti Sahb,

1) What is the shar'ee ruling with regards to participating in social websites?  People claim that it is a means of them staying in touch with friends and family members and also a means to give da'wah.  However, so many people are involved in these websites which include 'aalims and 'aalimahs.  Pictures are posted/exchanged amongst friends too.  So, is it haraam or just not recommended?

2) Is it permissible to take part in 'Islamic' forums?  Brothers and sisters tend to make comments to each other even though names are not disclosed.  Isn't communication with na mahaarim prohibited?  So why do Islamic websites promote forums?

3) If a woman is in her last month of pregnancy and she experiences a 'show' (ie. a blood-tinged mucous discharge from the private part that indicates the onset of labor) which lasts for a few days, will that be considered the commencing of her nifaas?  Otherwise, is it istihaadhah or haidh?

4) Is oris water permissible to be consumed?

5) I've heard that after delivery, a woman should take a ghusl which is known due to wilaadah.  Is this true?  Must it be performed immediately after delivery or she can wait for a few days if she's very exhausted from delivery.  Or does she just make the ghusl together when her nifaas is over?

Jazakallahu khaira.
