Question

I have committed a sin which i regret very much.  I became involved with a married man even after knowing he was married with children and there was not a chance of us getting married.  We spent time together in the way we shouldn’t have, however his wife come to know about us and was deeply hurt and many arguments was caused between the two of them.  I’m sure i have been cursed by her and also the Almighty.  I regret it very much and fear i will have to pay for the sin i have committed sometime in my life.  Every day passes with regret, guilt and most of all FEAR.  Please help, what can i do to be forgiven for this sin.
