salaams mufti

peace be upon you

i am 26 and like a girl who is 19. we have been talking to each other and we want to make nikah

she is from a memon family and i am urdu speaking.

she fears upsetting her parents as they want ONLY a memon boy and he must be fairly wealthy. her mother is abit aware of me and told her not to get too close to me.

shukr, i believe with the help of Allah s.w.t our nikah can be a success, we have discussed this.

i requests you duas and also wish to know how is best that we should confront her parents such that they will accept.

due to how we feel for each other, to be unbiased, i got a moulana who i know to read istikaarah for us and he gave me positive feedback.

please advise.
