and during the period of menses if somebody have done sexual activity in backside .then what happens? nikah will be break-up becuase of it or not or whatelse?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

1.      Precaution should be taken that the milk of the wife does not enter the mouth. However, if the milk does enter the mouth this will not affect the nikah.

2.         It is a major sin to have intercourse through the back.

Cursed is his who has intercourse with his wife through the back. (Abu Dawood)

However this will not break the nikah.

And Allah knows best
