Question

I have chosen my baby name Muhammad Ehan. I know Ehan means Full Moon and its an arabic name. Are these the correct spelling for Ehan and how we would pronounce it. how we would write it in Urdu or Arabic. I want to know a little bit more about this name. can you please tell me more about it, i mean about its history in islam and any important islamic personality having the name in islamic history?
