Question

I'm a student and currently taking a course i-e Human Rights Laws. I have also taken Islam and Human rights as a unit and therefore I want myself to read and get the exact knowledge of what Islam actually say on those. Because I'm not very pleased by the modernist's views on Islam. I want to know what are the fiqhi rulings on all those issues. I've asked some friends but no one could suggest me authentic books. Can you help me please? its really urgent and extremely necessary.. i cant see muslims and non muslims mocking Islamic rules in front of me yet i cant do anything nor can i defend due to serious lack of knowledge!

I'm listing below the topics on which I want to have detailed read.. I want to read the opinions of all the four respectable imams. InshaAllaho ta'ala.

The right to freedom of thought, Conscience and Religion (Proselytizing, Heresy, Apostasy)
Right to freedom of opinion and expression (Hate speech, Blasphemy, Religious sensitivities, obscenity laws)
Right of minority groups (in terms of ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities) this includes Muslims living in non-Muslim states as minorities and non-Muslims living in Muslim states as minorities.
Islamic law and the prohibition of torture, Cruel, inhuman and degrading treatments and punishments (The hudud, Tazir and Qisas punishments and the Death Penalty)
Women's rights (Gender Equality, Women's rights and Islamic personal status laws and public law)
Children's rights (generally, the age at which children are not classified as children anymore, status of non-marital children and the principle of best interest of the child)
the Right to fair trial and due process (Islamic judicial process and Pre-trial, In-trial and post-trial rights)

Jazakallaho Ahsan al jaza
