1. In Fatwa 16263, you stated, without any references, that "Women are prohibited to come to the masjid irrespective of them being in menses or not. " Please give credible references from either Qur'an, Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim or any other Sahih Hadith. Women should be allowed to go to mosque if they want to, and even their husbands have been advised to not stop them from it (when not in menses, of course). I have paraphrased a Bukhari hadith. Note: I would like to advise you to please always back ALL your answers with credible Hadith or Quranic verses. Or with credible Ijma or qiyas backing.
2. In today's modern times, with societal morals at an all-time low, can a husband make his wife do (a somewhat less stringent) Hijab even with his own father. His, not her. Husband A is married to Wife B, can A ask B to not press legs or do a back-rub of A's father?
3. Can the father or mother play any role in "separating the married couple". generally speaking, before nikah, their advice is very valuable - without a doubt - and continues to be. However, is there any such instance wherein a man would have to divorce or leave his wife plainly on his father's or mother's instructions, wishes or orders - for any reason they deem to be right? Those reasons can be either good, bad or neutral, but the question is - do they have any say once the Nikah is over? Or, should it only be the husband and wife's only prerogative in deciding whether or not they wanna be together?
