Question

As-Salaam-Alaikum. Kindly reply to both my questions. Jazakhallah

1) Is Eye Donation after death of the person allowed in Islam. I am an eye specialist where i have to deal with such situations. Medically speaking after corneal transplantation, many corneal blind patients get back useful vision. However, I dont know if it is allowed to remove eyes from a dead person for donating it to others. If it is not allowed then what advice should I give my patients if they ask about it. Because medically I am supposed to advice then to get it done. Please advice.

2) There are many things which are wrong in Islam like having pre- marital sex. However it has become a socially acceptable thing for many people who are not muslims. If such people seek professional help from muslim doctors regarding safe pre-marital or extra-marital sex although it is Haraam what should be our advice to them? Because professionally we are supposed to just tell them about safe sex. We can tell them about abstaining from it, but when we know they are still going to do it then what should be out stand? The example of safe sex is just for example. This question can be in any context which can be correct in other religions but may not be in Islam eg Alcohol.
