Title

Practice coitus interruptus

Question

I have got wife with 2 kids, one of 2 years and the other of 1 year.

While having sex with wife is it possible to ejaculate outside, why because to have gap between the next child, why we want to have gap, so that my wife can have some rest, or else what happens is one is sleeping the other is awake and when  other is awake the first one is sleeping, this keeps my wife very unrestfull which also start effecting her health, now just thinking if again we have another child very soon, how will she alone manage all of them.... To prevent we are not using any condoms or pills, its just when i m about to ejaculate, can i ejaculate outside rather than inside ( i know this is not very strong precaution but we dont want to do anything more than that also).... please advise soon

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

It will be permissible to practice coitus interruptus (retract) at the time of ejaculating with the consent of ones wife. (Jadeedi fiqhi masaa il. Vol1, P296)
