Title

At present i am living chennai in lease house ( No rented house) i have pay Rs. 1,00,000/- for two years when i vacate the house the house owner will return that money it is haram in islam is persimissible. please tell me.

At present i am living chennai in lease house ( No rented house) i have pay Rs. 1,00,000/- for two years when i vacate the house the house owner will return that money it is haram in islam is persimissible. please tell me.

Please clarify for us the following issues in order for us to issue a ruling:

 

1. What do you mean by “I am living in lease house (no rented house)?

2. Are you renting the home?

3. Is Rs 100 000 the rental fee or a deposit?

4. Briefly explain the contract
