Talaaq in the state of anger

Question

one day i am talk to wife on phone . i am in very much anger and i say three time talaq on phone. there is no witness and i am in so much anger . i want to ask that in anger talaq is valid ? after 20 minete i say sorry and we want to live together . is talaq is valid on phone or in anger ?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

Talaaq issued in the state of anger will take place even if mentioned over the phone. Since you have issued her with three talaaqs, the nikah has permanently terminated. You cannot live with her as husband and wife. (hidayah, pg 402, chapter of Talaaq)
