Is it permissible for a Muslim to sell cigarettes, tobacco or such related products?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

It is makrooh for a Muslim to sell cigarettes and tobacco.
